Project Quality Assurance Manager (a) 100%
QA Tasks
- Develop and implement local quality procedures and work instructions to align with contractual requirements, local standards, and Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct internal and external quality audits and reviews.
- Prepare, collect (from vendors), review, and submit comprehensive data packages to customers.
- Manage delivery and acceptance events (e.g., materials, platforms) in collaboration with customers.
- Handle QA-related issues with local subcontractors and suppliers.
- Investigate and analyze non-conformances through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate approvals with customers.
- Perform Source Inspection (SI) at sub-contractor's facilities.
- Conduct acceptance inspections on incoming goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Job Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management.
- Background in Electronics, Mechanics or System Engineering
- Knowledge in Swiss Federal Acts requirements – an advantage.
- Experience in quality conformity audits.
- Hands-on experience in source inspections of cables, mechanical and electrical assemblies, and complex systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex system delivery events.
- Experience working with the Swiss Army – an advantage.
