Hygiene Assistant (f/m/d) 50%

Your tasks in the laboratory and production include:

• Carrying out environmental hygiene monitoring in the pilot plant

• Taking surface samples using swabbing techniques

• Sampling dust and powder residues

• Documenting samples and entering data into the Quality Management System

• Distributing and sending samples for microbiological analysis

• Supporting sample preparation and evaluation of analysis results

Qualifikationen

- A completed basic vocational training in the food industry is an advantage

- Professional experience in the food industry is an advantage

- Independent, clean, and precise work ethic

- German Launguage skills are an advantage

- English basic Communication

- Good computer skills
