As an R&D Packaging Group Leader at Nestlé, your mission is to lead a team of packaging specialists and engineers to deliver consumer-centric, sustainable and innovative packaging solutions for the Nutrition & Health category. You-ll make a difference by collaborating closely with research and development teams, business partners, markets, packaging networks, technology partners, suppliers, engineering companies, universities and professional associations. How you-ll make an impact as an R&D Packaging Group Leader

• Leading a team of packaging specialists and engineers to deliver packaging solutions that support innovation, sustainability and business growth.
• Driving packaging roadmaps that reflect consumer needs, environmental priorities and future technology opportunities.
• Delivering technical packaging expertise for liquid nutrition and health applications, including aseptic and chilled dairy solutions.
• Building strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners to identify the right packaging technologies and equipment solutions.
• Improving packaging efficiency by supporting cost-effective solutions, technical assistance and successful industrial implementation.
• Developing people, capabilities and knowledge sharing to strengthen packaging expertise across teams and markets.

What will make you successful

• Master or Engineering degree in Packaging
• Deep knowledge of packaging materials, filling and packing technologies, and packaging development for nutrition and sensitive food applications
• Strong expertise in packaging quality, safety, hygiene, sustainability design, recycling and low-carbon packaging solutions
• Project leadership, communication and influencing skills to guide decisions, align partners and deliver packaging projects with impact
• Understanding business environment, global trends, innovation leadership and sustainability challenges within the industry
• Communicating fluently in English; additional languages are an asset
• Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning
