      • Ensuring that Chair Airlines AG aircraft operation services are performed according to all legal (ICAO, IATA, EASA) requirements, including foreign, national as well as company regulations
      • Selecting and contracting handling agencies on domestic and foreign stations and maintaining constant supervision of their efficiency and performance, to grant safe, effective, punctual and economical ground operation procedures
      • Establishing and issuing the Ground Operations Manual (GOM) and contributing to the revision of the Operations Manual (OM-A) regarding ground operation matters
      • Station monitoring in the chair airlines network
      • Authority to make decisions related to Ground Operations within the scope delegated by the NPGO
      • Authority to make final decision regarding Ground Operation issues in absence of NPGO

      • Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices
      • Comprehensive knowledge of:
      • The applicable EU safety regulations and any associated requirements and procedures
      • Expertise in Passenger Handling Operations, Ramp Handling Operations, Load Control, and Cargo Operations
      • Regulatory knowledge is required (EASA, IOSA, IATA DGR, ICAO, and de-icing /SAE-DAQCP)
      • Experience as Ground Operations Compliance and Safety Monitoring
      • Auditor experience would be an asset
      • Familiarity with management systems, preferably in the area of aviation
      • Appropriate management experience and expertise in ground operations, preferably in a comparable organization
      • Profound knowledge of ground operations concept
      • Proven ability to work in a multi-task environment, and on high workload and pressure situations
      • Travelling across chair airlines' station network will be required
      • Strong organisational and analytical skills
      • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
      • High level of regulatory awareness and attention to detail
      • Effective communication and coordination skills
      • Fluent in English (spoken and written). German speakers preferred
      • Office-based with occasional travel
      • Flexible working hours depending on operational needs
