You will work in our motivated and solution-oriented AI Feature Team using agentic development methods and with a high degree of personal responsibility.
You will design, develop and deploy scalable AI-enabled features in our products that are used by more than 100’000 customers.
You work extensively with large language models (LLMs) to develop solutions for NLP, conversational AI, and generative AI use cases.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-driven features and applications.
You drive innovation by exploring the latest AI technologies and proposing new approaches for our business challenges.
What you bring to the table
University degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related field with a practical track record as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Fullstack Software Engineer building scalable and secure AI-augmented features (preferred in a SaaS product).
Hands-on experience with cloud environments (GCP), AI platforms (Vertex AI), and modern AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
Proven experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and deploying LLMs for real-world business applications.
Advanced Python programming skills, experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks, solid backend knowledge (async, REST, testing, security), and experience with databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
Familiarity with SaaS architectures and integrating AI services via APIs into existing web applications (willingness to navigate our Angular/PHP stack is a plus), as well as container and CI/CD fundamentals (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD).
You are a structured, independent, and quality-focused team player with strong analytical problem-solving skills, eager to stay up to date with the latest AI technologies.
As a clear communicator, you feel comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders across teams; fluent English is a must, German a big plus.
