What you'll be doing here
Innovative and practice-oriented teaching and supervision of students at the Institute of Marketing & Global Management, in German and English, at Bachelor/Master/Continuing Education level
Conduct independent research in the main topics of the Global Management specialist group
Collaborative development, submission and implementation of third-party funded research projects (e.g. SNSF, Innosuisse)
Contribute to shaping the thematic profile of the Institute of Marketing & Global Management as part of a dynamic team and representing the Institute both internally and externally
Development and further development of courses
The title of Professor may be used if the requirements set out in the BFH Staff Regulations are met.
What you'll bring with you
PhD in the subject area (e.g. Global Management, International Business, Intercultural Communication or Business Communication)
Strong stakeholder orientation beyond management (e.g. customers, employees, local communities)
First proven international publications (peer-reviewed conferences/journals)
Several years of practical experience in the subject area is a must
Enjoy teaching and acquiring/applying didactic skills
